SGDB N° 027/2012
Financial entities are permitted to execute transfers of funds from abroad to the Central Bank of Bolivia's account at Standard Chartered Bank, New York, for operations involving embassies and international organizations within a period of up to 90 days from receipt of the transfer. This regulation amends previous directives by extending the allowable timeframe for these specific transactions. All prior provisions contrary to this circular are hereby repealed.
