TO:	PARTICIPANTS IN THE INTEGRATED PAYMENT SETTLEMENT SYSTEM - LIP (FINANCIAL ENTITIES)
SUBJECT:	TRANSFER OF FUNDS ON BEHALF OF CLIENTS TO THE TREASURY SINGLE ACCOUNT IN US DOLLARS 5970

Ladies and Gentlemen:

The Central Bank of Bolivia notifies participants in the Integrated Payment Settlement System (LIP) that, starting June 10, 2015, fund transfer operations to the Treasury Single Account in US dollars - 5970 carried out by Financial System Entities at the request of their clients, will be included in the Payment Settlement System - LIP with the following characteristics:

OPERATION CODE	OPERATION NAME	SCHEDULE FOR OPERATING IN LIP
E46	Transfer from the Financial System on behalf of third parties to the TSA in US dollars; Transfer of funds carried out by Financial Entities on behalf of their clients to the Treasury Single Account in US dollars.	From 07:00 to 18:30

In this regard, participating entities must request the addition of the aforementioned operation to their valid digital certificates to perform the transfers in the LIP System.

The aforementioned modifications are part of the Operational and IT Guide of the LIP System (v.1.0).
