The Central Bank of Bolivia mandates that financial institutions value assets and liabilities held in foreign currency and national currency with value maintenance as of December 30, 2017, using the exchange rates from the quotation table published on December 29, 2017. Specifically, the valuation of assets and liabilities in UFV on that date must apply an exchange rate of Bs2.23678 per UFV. This directive applies to banks, cooperatives, financial intermediation entities, and development financial institutions.
