SPCD Circular No. 04: Submission of Audited Financial Statements
The document instructs all scheduled banks operating in Bangladesh to submit three copies of the printed annual report, including audited financial statements, to the Bank's Department of Off-Site Supervision. This requirement applies to financial statements for the year ending 2025 and all subsequent years. The submission must be made to the relevant Bank Supervision Department, and the previous Directive on Supervision Circular No. 03 dated October 10, 2013, is hereby cancelled.
