SPCD Circular No. 05: Dividend Declaration Policy for Banks
The document instructs all scheduled banks operating in Bangladesh to submit a report signed by the Managing Director or CEO to the Bank Supervision Department and the Supervisory Data Management and Analytics Department within seven days of declaring dividends. This report must be completed using the specific form provided in Annexure A of the referenced circular. Other instructions from the DOS Circular No. 01 dated March 13, 2025, remain in effect.
