SRO 1374(I) 2022 – Amendments to Company (Registration Offices) Regulations, 2018
The Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan amends Annexure D of the Companies (Registration Offices) Regulations, 2018, by inserting the word "digital" before "issuance of" in serial number 25. A new serial number 25A is added to specify a three-day processing time for applications requesting certified copies of documents filed, registered, or recorded in physical form under Section 462(5) of the Companies Act, 2017.
