SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION OF PAKISTAN -.-.-.- Islamabad, the 28 th April, 2020 NOTIFICATION S.R.O. 345 (I)/2020.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 83 of the Insurance Ordinance (XXXIX of 2000), read with sub-section (2) of section 167 thereof, the following draft of amendmentsto the Credit and Suretyship (Conduct of Business) Rules, 2018, is hereby published by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan for information of all persons likely to be affected thereby and notice is hereby given that objections and suggestions, if any, received to the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan within the thirty days of this notification will be taken into consideration. DRAFT AMENDMENTS In the aforesaid Rules, in rule 4, in sub-rule (2) – (i) for the figure ‘80’, the figure ‘10’ shall be substituted; and (ii) the words "less reinsurance in respect of a particular guarantee/bond" shall be omitted.
