The Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan delegates to Mr. Shahid Nasim, Executive Director (Specialized Companies Division), in addition to powers already delegated under S.R.O. 148(I)/2015, all powers and functions delegated to the Executive Director (Supervision and Enforcement Department) Insurance Division under S.R.O. 221(I)/2015, dated 11th March 2015. The delegation takes effect immediately and is subject to conditions and limitations the Commission may impose from time to time.

NOTIFICATION

Islamabad, the 24th April, 2015

S.R.O.373(I)/2015.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 10 of the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan Act, 1997 (XLII of 1997), read with section 20(4)(o) thereof, and in partial modification of its earlier notification S.R.O. 221(I)/2015, dated 11th March 2015, the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (the Commission), subject to such conditions and limitations as it may from time to time impose, hereby delegates the powers and functions of the Commission to the following namely,-

Mr. Shahid Nasim, Executive Director (Specialized Companies Division), in addition to the powers and functions of the Commission delegated to the Executive Director (Specialized Companies Division) under S.R.O. 148(I)/2015, dated 17th February 2015 shall also exercise all the powers and functions of the Commission delegated to the Executive Director (Supervision and Enforcement Department) Insurance Division contained in S.R.O 221(I)/2015, dated 11th March 2015, with immediate effect.
