SRO 747 (I)/2017 Amendments to Companies (Compliance with Licensing Conditions) General Order, 2016

S. R. O. 747 (I)/2017.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 238 of the Companies Act, 2017 (XIX of 2017) delegated by the Commission vide S.R.O. 691(I)/2017, dated July 21, 2017, the Commissioner (Company Law Division) is pleased to make the following amendments to the Companies (Compliance with Licensing Conditions) General Order, 2016 issued vide S.R.O. 1024(I)/2016, dated 2nd November, 2016, namely:-
In the aforesaid Order, in Schedule I, at S. No. 12, the word "Insurance Companies" shall be deleted.
