NOTIFICATION

Islamabad, the 16th July, 2012

S. R. O. 897 (I)/2012.—Registrar Modaraba in exercise of the powers conferred upon him under Section 39 of the Modaraba Companies and Modaraba (Floatation and Control) Ordinance, 1980 (“the Ordinance”) has delegated his following powers and functions under the Ordinance and the Modaraba Companies and Modaraba Rules (“the Rules”) to Joint Registrar(s), subject to such conditions and limitations as he may from time to time impose, namely:—
