State Registration and Licensing of ACredit Credit Union Limited Liability Company
The Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia issued Resolution No. 219 A to officially register and license the ACredit Credit Union Limited Liability Company. This action was taken pursuant to relevant Armenian laws and Central Bank regulations following the submission of required documentation by the entity's founders. The resolution enters into force upon registration with the credit union or delivery to its authorized representative.
