Statement of Practice for the Issuance of Blank Licenses to Unrestricted Investment Fund Administrators
Unrestricted Investment Fund Administrators must submit a written request to the Authorizations Department to obtain blank licence certificates, which are issued in lots of ten. Administrators are required to file all specified licensing documents with the Commission within thirty days of licensing a fund, subject to penalty fees for late submission. Additionally, administrators must submit a completed Blank Licence Reconciliation Form monthly and maintain all blank certificates in secure custody for inspection.
