STD Circular No. 03: Regarding uploading information related to wage earners' remittance cost to the portal on a daily basis through the RIT
The Statistics Department of the Central Bank of Bangladesh requires all scheduled banks operating in the country to collect and report transaction-level data on remittance sending costs to the bank's website via the Remittance Information System (RIT) on a daily basis. This obligation commences on January 1, 2026, with daily data submissions due by 12:00 PM the following day. Banks must also maintain and regularly update the list of their branches for this reporting purpose.
