Submission of Complaints related data by Insurance Undertakings
Insurance undertakings must submit the Complaints Reported document via email to financialpromotion@mfsa.mt instead of ipsu@mfsa.mt with immediate effect. The submission for the period from January 1st through December 31st, 2019, must be provided in Word format within two months from the end of the calendar year. The Authority will consult stakeholders on introducing a Conduct-Related Data Return for the Insurance Sector, after which the current complaints submission will be phased out.
