Financial institutions are required to submit reports to regulators via the Integrated Reporting Portal (https://pelaporan.id) using a single-window mechanism. Responsible persons and reporting officers must register individually on the portal, while existing users of the Financial Services Authority's system retain access without re-registration. OF
FINANCIAL SERVICES AUTHORITY REGULATION
REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA
NUMBER 36 /POJK.03/2019
CONCERNING
SUBMISSION OF REPORTS THROUGH THE INTEGRATED REPORTING PORTAL
I. GENERAL
In the implementation of its duties and functions, the Authority requires information submitted by Banks. The Authority optimizes cooperation and coordination to improve efficiency for the industry and the Authority as well as minimizing reporting duplication by Banks. Therefore, an effective and efficient reporting mechanism to the Authority is required for Banks. In Article 43 of Law Number 21 of 2011 concerning the Financial Services Authority, it is regulated that the Financial Services Authority, Bank Indonesia, and the Deposit Insurance Agency are required to build and maintain integrated information exchange facilities. Each Authority builds facilities that can connect to one another so that they can exchange information and access banking information needed at all times (timely basis). To simplify the reporting mechanism, Banks submit Reports through the Integrated Reporting Portal which acts as a gateway to the reporting websites of each Authority. The use of the reporting portal can increase the efficiency and effectiveness of Banks' integrated access to the Authority's reporting systems. In this regard, regulation regarding the submission of Reports through the Integrated Reporting Portal is required, which regulates the obligation of Banks to submit Reports through a one-stop mechanism to the Authority.
