Plan Rentable Perú S.A.C. is sanctioned with a fine of 100 UIT for twelve infractions, including three very serious, eight serious, and one minor violation, for failing to maintain minimum physical infrastructure and technological capacity, making unauthorized fund dispositions, using collective fund resources to return amounts to associates, maintaining incomplete associate files, delivering money or goods outside contract terms, failing to annul adjudications for non-compliance, submitting non-compliant financial information, excluding an associate from quarterly draws, misapplying purchase certificates, and failing to provide assembly calendars. One serious infraction regarding the failure to annul adjudications is declared subject to the principle of non-retroactivity and results in the archiving of that specific administrative sanctioning procedure.
