Superintendence Resolution No. 007-2026-SMV/10
The Superintendence of the Securities Market issued Resolution No. 007-2026-SMV/10 on January 21, 2026, revoking the operating authorization of Diviso Fondos Sociedad Administradora de Fondos S.A. This sanction was imposed due to a very serious infringement for conducting a public offering without previously registering the securities or the corresponding prospectus. The decision cites Article 1.1 of numeral 1, literal A) of Annex III of the Sanctions Regulation as the legal basis for this penalty.
