File N° 2026003639, the proposal presented through Report N° 132-2026-SMV/08.2 issued by the Human Resources Unit with the approval of the Deputy Superintendent of the Administration Office (e) and Report N° 126-2026-SMV/07 from the Planning, Management and Integrity Office; WHEREAS:
That, Law N° 30057, Civil Service Law, aims to establish a unique and exclusive regime for people who provide services in public entities of the State, with the purpose that public entities achieve higher levels of effectiveness and efficiency, and effectively provide quality service to citizens through a better civil service; That, by Executive Presidency Resolution N° 000015-2024-SERVIR-PE, Directive N° 001-2024-SERVIR-GDSRH, “Guidelines for the implementation of the Civil Service regime of Law N° 30057, Civil Service Law, in public entities”, is approved, which establishes in its article 8 that the transition process consists of two (02) phases: Phase 1 Transition of public entities to the Civil Service regime and, Phase 2 Transition of civil servants to the civil service regime; That, by Executive Presidency Resolution N° 017-2024-SERVIR-PE, Directive N° 002-2024-SERVIR-GDSRH, “Design and structure of posts and positions for the elaboration, approval, administration and modification of the Entity's Table of Posts (CPE)”, is approved, which aims to establish the technical criteria for the design and structure of posts and positions, as well as the methodology and procedures necessary for the elaboration, approval, administration and modification of the Entity's Table of Posts, within the framework of the transition process to the regime of Law N° 30057, Civil Service Law (Civil Service regime), which public entities must follow to implement the aforementioned labor regime. Likewise, according to numeral 6.3 of article 6 of said Directive, the Head of the public entity has among his responsibilities, to promote its compliance within the framework of the transition process to the Civil Service regime; That, through Executive Presidency Resolution N° 000133-2024-SERVIR-PE dated October 18, 2024, the National Civil Service Authority – SERVIR formalizes the agreement of the Steering Council adopted in Session N° 14-2024-CD, by which it approves the Entity's Table of Posts (CPE) of the Superintendency of Securities Market – SMV; likewise, it declares the initiation of the transition process to the civil service regime of the Superintendency of Securities Market – SMV, in accordance with numeral 25.8 of article 25 of Directive N° 002-2024-SERVIR-GDSRH, “Design and structure of posts and positions

The integrity of the document and the authorship of the signature(s) can be verified at https://apps.firmaperu.gob.pe/web/validador.xhtml for the elaboration, approval, administration and modification of the Entity's Table of Posts”; That, through Superintendent Resolution N° 158-2025-SMV/02 dated December 30, 2025, the current version of Table 1 of the CPE of the Superintendency of Securities Market - SMV, as of the end of 2025, is approved, in accordance with the updates made and formalized That, in accordance with the Fifth Complementary Final Provision of Directive N° 002-2024-SERVIR-GDSRH, “Design and structure of posts and positions for the elaboration, approval, administration and modification of the Entity's Table of Posts (CPE)”, upon the entry into force of the Entity's Table of Posts (CPE), the Human Resources Office must prepare a list of posts and positions under the Civil Service regime that it prioritizes for incorporation during a fiscal year; That, through Report N° 132-2026-SMV/08.2, the Human Resources Unit proposes and supports the need to approve the implementation plan, which proposes the prioritization of (53) posts and (74) positions from the Entity's Table of Posts of the Superintendency of Securities Market for fiscal year 2026; That, through Report N° 126-2026-SMV/07, the Planning, Management and Integrity Office, within the framework of its competencies, communicates the budgetary availability for the incorporation of the prioritized posts and positions of the civil service regime, Law N° 30057, in fiscal year 2026 and; In accordance with the provisions of literal i) of article IV of the Preliminary Title of the General Regulations of the Civil Service Law, approved by Supreme Decree N° 040-2014-PCM, and in numeral 16 of article 12° of the Regulations of Organization and Functions of the Superintendency of Securities Market, approved by Supreme Decree N° 216-2011-EF and its amendments; RESOLVES:
Article 1.- Approve the Implementation Plan that includes the prioritization of (53) posts and (74) positions from the Entity's Table of Posts of the Superintendency of Securities Market to be incorporated in fiscal year 2026, according to the detail in the Annex that forms part of this Resolution.
Article 2.- Order the publication of this Resolution and the Annex approved in the preceding article 1, on the Institutional Page of the Superintendency of Securities Market on the Single Digital Platform of the Peruvian State (www.gob.pe/smv).
