File No. 2026000493 and Report No. 247-2026-
SMV/10.2 presented by the Deputy Superintendent of Prudential Supervision; CONSIDERING:
That, by Superintendent Resolution 037-2012-
SMV/02 of February 28, 2012, operating authorization was granted to W Capital Sociedad Administradora de Fondos de Inversión S.A. as an investment fund administrator company and its registration was ordered in the corresponding section of the Public Registry of the Securities Market; That, at the General Shareholders' Meetings of W Capital Sociedad Administradora de Fondos de Inversión S.A., held on December 29, 2025 and February 5, 2026, it was unanimously agreed, among other things, (i) to authorize the general manager to submit a request for an exception to the requirement set forth in letter b) of Article 150 of the Regulation of Investment Funds and their Administrator Companies, approved by SMV Resolution No. 029-2014- SMV/01 and its amendments (hereinafter, REGULATION); (ii) to request the cancellation of its operating authorization; and, iii) to modify article two of the corporate bylaws of the company, relating to the corporate purpose; That, through writings submitted up to February 10, 2026, said company requested the exception to the requirement set forth in letter b) of Article 150 of the REGULATION, as well as the cancellation of its operating authorization as an investment fund administrator company; That, by Board of Directors session of February 24, 2026, the Board of Directors of the SMV agreed to exempt W Capital Sociedad Administradora de Inversión S.A. from the requirement set forth in letter b) of Article 150 of the REGULATION; That, the granting of said exception is subject to compliance with the following conditions: (i) not to constitute new public investment funds, nor carry out activities reserved for SAFIs regarding public funds; (ii) observe all obligations and responsibilities that correspond to it in its capacity as liquidator of the funds in the process of liquidation until the extinction of each fund; (iii) not to capture new resources nor make new investments; (iv) not to carry out marketing activities nor admit new participants; and, (v) comply with duties of information, accountability and collaboration with the SMV;

That, to date, W Capital Sociedad Administradora de Fondos de Inversión S.A. exercises the role of liquidator of the following investment funds that are in the liquidation stage: (i) Fondo Inmobiliario de Desarrollo de Vivienda Social II – Fondo de Inversión (FIVIS) II – in liquidation, (ii) Fondo de Desarrollo de Vivienda – Fondo de Inversión (FODEVI) – in liquidation, and (iii) Fondo de Inversión Público Metroport – in liquidation; That, W Capital Sociedad Administradora de Fondos de Inversión S.A. has complied with the requirements established in Article 150 of the REGULATION, in order to obtain the cancellation of its operating authorization and, consequently, its exclusion from the corresponding section of the Public Registry of the Securities Market, as mentioned in the aforementioned Report No. 247-2026-SMV/10.2; and, Being in accordance with what is provided in Article 150 of the REGULATION; Article 12, numeral 1, of the Organization and Functions Regulation of the Superintendency of the Securities Market, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216- 2011-EF; and, according to what was approved in the Board of Directors session of February 24, 2026;

RESOLVES:
Article 1st.- Order the cancellation of the operating authorization of W Capital Sociedad Administradora de Fondos de Inversión S.A., granted by Superintendent Resolution 037-2012- SMV/02 and, consequently, exclude it from the section of investment fund administrator companies in the Public Registry of the Securities Market.
Article 2nd.- The cancellation of the operating authorization ordered in Article 1 of this resolution does not exempt W Capital Sociedad Administradora de Fondos de Inversión S.A. from compliance with the obligations contracted with its clients and with the securities market prior to the issuance of this resolution; nor does it exempt its representatives, directors or managers from administrative responsibility incurred during the operation of said investment fund administrator company.
Article 3rd.- W Capital Sociedad Administradora de
Fondos de Inversión S.A. must comply with the following: (i) not to constitute new public investment funds, nor carry out activities reserved for investment fund administrator companies regarding public funds; (ii) observe all obligations and responsibilities that correspond to it in its capacity as liquidator of the funds in the process of liquidation until the extinction of each fund; (iii) not to capture new resources nor make new investments; (iv) not to carry out marketing activities nor admit new participants; and, (v) comply with duties of information, accountability and collaboration with the SMV.
Article 4th.- Publish this resolution in the Official Newspaper El Peruano and on the Institutional Page of the Superintendency of the Securities Market – SMV on the Single Digital Platform of the Peruvian State (www.gob.pe/smv).

Article 5th.- This resolution shall enter into force on the day of its notification to W Capital Sociedad Administradora de Fondos de Inversión S.A.
Article 6th.- Transmit this resolution to W Capital Sociedad Administradora de Fondos de Inversión S.A.
