Superintendent Resolution No. 026-2026-SMV/02
The Superintendent of the Securities Market cancels the operating authorization of W Capital Sociedad Administradora de Fondos de Inversión S.A. and excludes it from the Public Registry of the Securities Market. This cancellation is conditional upon the company fulfilling specific obligations, including refraining from creating new public investment funds or capturing new resources, while continuing to act as liquidator for three existing funds in liquidation until their extinction. The resolution enters into force upon notification to the company.
