Investment Fund Management Company was granted authorization to operate as an investment fund management company and its registration in the corresponding section of the Public Registry of the Securities Market was ordered;WHEREAS, by Superintendent Resolution N° 104-2021-SMV/02 of October 15, 2021, LXG Asset Management S.A. Investment Fund Management Company was authorized to additionally manage mutual investment funds in securities; an authorization that was subsequently automatically revoked as of November 25, 2023, in accordance with what was declared in Superintendent Resolution N° 093-2024-SMV/02 of July 03, 2024;WHEREAS, at the General Shareholders' Meeting of LXG Asset Management S.A. Investment Fund Management Company, held on February 13, 2026, it was unanimously agreed, among other things, to modify articles first and second of its social statutes, referring to the company's name and its corporate purpose, respectively; as well as to request the Superintendence of the Securities Market – SMV, the cancellation of its operating authorization as an investment fund management company;WHEREAS, the aforementioned management company requested the SMV to cancel its operating authorization as an investment fund management company;WHEREAS, LXG Asset Management S.A. Investment Fund Management Company has complied with the requirements established in article 150 of the Regulations for Investment Funds and their Management Companies, approved by SMV Resolution N° 029-2014-SMV/01 and its amendments, in order to obtain the cancellation of its operating authorization as an investment fund management company; and, consequently, its exclusion from the corresponding section of the Public Registry of the Securities Market, as mentioned in Report N° 483-2026-SMV/10.2; and,PERU Ministry of Economy and FinanceSMVSuperintendence of the Securities Market“Decade of Equal Opportunities for Women and Men”“Year of Hope and the Strengthening of Democracy”Electronic document digitally signed within the framework of Law N° 27269, Law on Digital Signatures and Certificates, its Regulations and amendments. integrity of the document and the authorship of the signature(s) can be verified at https://apps.firmaperu.gob.pe/web/validador.xhtmlIn accordance with the provisions of article 150 of the Regulations for Investment Funds and their Management Companies; and, article 12, numeral 1, of the Regulations on Organization and Functions of the Superintendence of the Securities Market, approved by Supreme Decree N° 216-2011-EF and its amendments;RESOLVES:Article 1.- Order the cancellation of the operating authorization of LXG Asset Management S.A. Investment Fund Management Company, granted by Superintendent Resolution N° 120-2015-SMV/02 and, consequently, exclude it from the section of investment fund management companies of the Public Registry of the Securities Market.Article 2.- The cancellation of the operating authorization ordered in article 1 of this resolution does not exempt LXG Asset Management S.A. Investment Fund Management Company from fulfilling the obligations contracted with its clients and with the securities market prior to the issuance of this resolution; nor does it exempt its representatives, directors, or managers from administrative responsibility they may have incurred during the operation of the aforementioned investment fund management company.Article 3.- Publish this resolution in the Official Gazette El Peruano and on the Institutional Page of the Superintendence of the Securities Market – SMV on the Single Digital Platform of the Peruvian State (www.gob.pe/smv).Article 4.- This resolution shall enter into force on the day of its notification to LXG Asset Management S.A. Investment Fund Management Company.Article 5.- Transcribe this resolution to LXG Asset Management S.A.
