1579-2024-SMV/12.1 dated November 27, 2024, issued by the General Superintendent of Investigation and Innovation, with the favorable opinion of the Assistant Superintendent of Investigation, Development and Innovation; CONSIDERING:
That, through Title IV "Norms that regulate and supervise financial participatory financing activity" of Urgency Decree No. 013-2020, Urgency Decree that promotes financing for SMEs, Startups and Startups (hereinafter, the Urgency Decree), published on January 23, 2020 in the Official Gazette El Peruano, the activity of Financial Participatory Financing (hereinafter, the FPF activity) was legally recognized in Peru, entrusting the Securities Market Superintendence - SMV to establish the legal framework for the correct and adequate functioning of said activity; That, by Superintendent Resolution No. 045-2021- SMV/02, published on May 20, 2021 in the Official Gazette El Peruano, the Regulation of the Financial Participatory Financing Activity and its Administrator Companies (hereinafter, Regulation) was approved, with the objective of regulating the FPF activity carried out within the national territory, as well as establishing the procedures and requirements applicable to constitute and operate as an Administrator Company of FPF Platforms; That, with General Superintendent of Investigation and Innovation Resolution No. 001-2023-SMV/12.1, published on July 18, 2023, authorization was granted to Gerardo Josué Loaiza Fuentes and Gestora de Inversiones Inmobiliarias S.A.C. for the organization of an administrator company of a financial participatory financing platform to be named PRESTÓPOLIS Sociedad Administradora de Plataforma de Financiamiento Participativo Financiero S.A.C.; That, in this context, through communication presented on July 4, 2024, Mr. Gerardo Josué Loaiza Fuentes and Gestora de Inversiones Inmobiliarias S.A.C. submitted to the SMV their request for authorization for the operation of an Administrator Company of an FPF Platform to be named PRESTÓPOLIS Sociedad Administradora de Plataforma de

The integrity of the document and the authorship of the signature(s) can be verified at https://apps.firmaperu.gob.pe/web/validador.xhtml Financial Participatory Financing S.A.C., in order to carry out the FPF activity in the loan modality; That, the SMV requested the Superintendency of Banks, Insurance and AFP (hereinafter, SBS) to issue a prior opinion regarding the authorization request presented by PRESTÓPOLIS Sociedad Administradora de Plataforma de Financiamiento Participativo Financiero S.A.C. within the framework of its competence, as provided in article 22 of the Urgency Decree and article 16 of the Regulation, which was issued favorably through Letter No. 49492-2024-SBS; That, through letters exchanged between September 2, 2024 and November 21, 2024, the General Superintendent of Investigation and Innovation (IGII) formulated various observations on the documentation presented by PRESTÓPOLIS Sociedad Administradora de Plataforma de Financiamiento Participativo Financiero S.A.C., which were resolved through writings presented between October 7, 2024 and November 22, 2024. Likewise, in accordance with the powers conferred in paragraph 14.3 of article 14 of the Regulation, in order to verify the information provided and that the necessary technological capacity is available for its operation, the SMV, through the IGII, held a virtual meeting on July 17, 2024, through the Microsoft Teams platform with representatives of the aforementioned company; That, taking into account the evaluation carried out on the documentation presented, the resolution of the observations made, the meeting held and the conclusion of the prior opinion issued by the SBS, it has been determined that PRESTÓPOLIS Sociedad Administradora de Plataforma de Financiamiento Participativo Financiero S.A.C. meets the requirements foreseen for obtaining the operating authorization as an Administrator Company of an FPF Platform, and; Being in accordance with what is provided in article 16 of the Regulation and paragraph 1 of article 12° of the Organization and Functions Regulation of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by DS N°216-2011-EF and its amendments; RESOLVES:
Article 1°.- Authorize the operation of
PRESTÓPOLIS Sociedad Administradora de Plataforma de Financiamiento Participativo Financiero S.A.C., as Administrator Company of Platform of Financial Participatory Financing under the loan modality.
Article 2°.- Order the inscription of PRESTÓPOLIS
Sociedad Administradora de Plataforma de Financiamiento Participativo Financiero S.A.C. in the Special Register of Administrator Companies of Financial Participatory Financing Platforms.

Article 3°.- Order the dissemination of this resolution
in the Official Gazette El Peruano and on the Institutional Page of the Securities Market Superintendence on the Unique Digital Platform of the Peruvian State (www.gob.pe/smv).
Article 4º.- This resolution shall enter into force on
the day following its publication in the Official Gazette El Peruano.
Article 5°. Notify this resolution to
PRESTÓPOLIS Sociedad Administradora de Plataforma de Financiamiento Participativo Financiero S.A.C.
