Supreme Decree No. 009-2022-JUS
Supreme Decree No. 009-2022-JUS incorporates a transitory provision into Supreme Decree No. 007-2022-JUS, stipulating that normative projects with a technical report from the line organ of the proposing sector at the time of entry into force are governed by Supreme Decree No. 008-2006-JUS. It also modifies article 13.2 of the same regulation to require that the statement of reasons for urgency decrees objectively specify the extraordinary and unforeseeable circumstances whose imminent risk of spreading constitutes a danger to the national economy or public finances. These changes apply to the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights and entities subject to the Framework Law for Legislative Production and Systematization.
