Supreme Decree No. 044-2018-PCM
Supreme Decree No. 044-2018-PCM approves the National Integrity and Anti-Corruption Plan 2018-2021 as an integral annex to the decree. It mandates the highest authorities of public entities to adopt necessary measures for execution, ensuring actions and expenses are included in their Operational Plans and Institutional Budgets. Funding is provided through the institutional budgets of involved public entities within the framework of annual budget laws. The High-Level Anti-Corruption Commission, through the Public Integrity Secretariat of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers, is responsible for monitoring, evaluating, and following up on the Plan, while public entities must monitor actions within their competencies. Additionally, the Public Integrity Secretariat must propose complementary norms within 60 days to align the National Integrity Policy with the Strategic National Planning System.
