REGULATION OF THE HEAD OF THE COMMODITY FUTURES TRADING REGULATORY AGENCY NUMBER 20/BAPPEBTI/PER-SRG/05/2015 CONCERNING AMENDMENT TO THE REGULATION OF THE HEAD OF THE COMMODITY FUTURES TRADING REGULATORY AGENCY NUMBER 18/BAPPEBTI/PER-SRG/10/2014 CONCERNING TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS FOR WAREHOUSE RECEIPT BLANK SECURITY TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS FOR WAREHOUSE RECEIPT SECURITY

1. Warehouse Receipts consist of Bearer Warehouse Receipts and Order Warehouse Receipts. In the event a Warehouse Receipt is lost or damaged, the Warehouse Operator is obligated to issue a Replacement Warehouse Receipt upon request by the Warehouse Receipt Holder. Replacement Warehouse Receipts consist of Replacement Bearer Warehouse Receipts and Replacement Order Warehouse Receipts.
2. The four types of Warehouse Receipts referred to in item 1 contain images and text in Indonesian and English.
3. Warehouse Receipts have standard shape, size, design, and security features as follows:
   a. Bearer Warehouse Receipt
   The Bearer Warehouse Receipt blank consists of 1 (one) page and has the following technical specifications:
   1) Paper size: 21.5x33 cm.
   2) Shape: Portrait.
   3) Base Material: SPR Garuda Logo Paper.
   4) Base Weight: 80 gr/m2.
   5) Front Design:
   a) Base/Background: The base print of the front page consists of a relief image text "BADAN PENGAWAS SISTEM RESI GUDANG" scattered randomly in blue color and microtext "BADAN PENGAWAS SISTEM RESI GUDANG" in black color, positioned forming a line below the header. b) Header: Consists of the text "RESI GUDANG/ WAREHOUSE RECEIPT", centered at the top middle using colour shifting ink. c) Text: x contains the text "No. Seri/ Serial No.", positioned at the top left corner; x contains the text "KODE PENGAMAN/ SECURITY CODE", positioned at the top right corner; x contains the text "DOKUMEN BUKTI KEPEMILIKAN/ PROOF OF OWNERSHIP DOCUMENT", and the text "Berdasarkan Undang-Undang Nomor 9 Tahun 2006 tentang Sistem Resi Gudang sebagaimana telah diubah dengan Undang-Undang Nomor 9 Tahun 2011/ Based on Law Number 9 of 2006 concerning Warehouse Receipt amanded by Law Number 9 of 2011", centered below the Header. d) Invisible: x contains the Garuda Emblem logo, positioned in the center; x contains the text:

Order Warehouse Receipt The Order Warehouse Receipt blank consists of 2 (two) pages and has the following technical specifications:
   1) Paper size: 21.5x33 cm.
   2) Shape: Portrait.
   3) Base Material: SPR Garuda Logo Paper.
   4) Base Weight: 80 gr/m2.

1. The party transferring the Warehouse Receipt must report the transfer of the Warehouse Receipt to the Registration Center.
   Endorser shall report the transfer of warehouse receipt ownership to Central Registration.
2. Any changes in the address of the warehouse receipt owner registered at the Registration Center must be notified in writing to the Warehouse Operator and the Registration Center.
   Any changes in address of warehouse receipt owner as registered on Central Registration shall be written notified to Warehouse Operator and Central Registration. d) Invisible: The entry column area uses invisible ink that glows red;
