Technical Standards for Requesting the Issuance, Delivery and Review of the Work History in the Public Pension System

Previsionary Institutes must issue and review Work History (HL) reports for SPP affiliates and beneficiaries, resolving requests within sixty business days. Affiliates must request HLs to initiate pension applications or voluntary contributions, providing authenticated electronic or physical requests containing minimum required data. The UAIHL processes these by updating SAHL database records, issuing preliminary reports for affiliate review, and issuing definitive HLs upon authorization. Review requests for discrepancies must be filed within one year, with the UAIHL resolving them within sixty business days using documentary archives or employer information. Non-compliance is sanctioned under the Law on Supervision and Regulation of the Financial System. These Standards repeal Instructive No. SP-01/2002 and enter into force upon the repeal of Executive Decree No. 83 of 2002.
