Technical Standards for Requesting the Issuance, Delivery and Review of the Work History in the Public Pension System
The Committee of Norms of the Central Reserve Bank of El Salvador establishes procedures for affiliates and beneficiaries to request, review, and receive Work History reports from the Salvadoran Institute of Social Security and the National Institute of Pensions for Public Employees. The UAIHL must resolve initial issuance requests and review requests within a maximum of sixty business days, with review requests requiring submission within one year of receiving the preliminary report. The standards define specific documentation requirements, authentication mechanisms, and methods for accrediting missing periods or salaries through documentary evidence, database association, and reference periods.
