Termination of Long-Term Insurance Business
The Registrar cancels the registration of twenty-two named individuals as insurance intermediaries under section 59(3)(b) of the Long-term Insurance Act, 1998, with cancellation dates of 15 October 2024 or 6 November 2024. The public is advised to avoid obtaining services from these individuals and must submit any potential claims concerning their long-term insurance activities to the Registrar by 28 February 2025.
