The Insurance (Pension Fund Plans Registration Fees) Regulations 2020
The Minister of Finance of Trinidad and Tobago issued these Regulations to establish registration fees for pension fund plans under the Insurance Act, 2018. The regulations mandate a fee of two thousand five hundred dollars for the initial registration of a plan and one thousand dollars for registering amendments to the Trust Deed and Rules or corrections to the register. All prescribed fees must be paid to the Central Bank, and the regulations commenced operation on 1st January 2021.
