The Law amends the Sale of Credit Facilities and Related Matters Laws of 2015 to 2024 by redefining the terms "ARTEMIS data exchange mechanism" and "data exchange system or mechanism" to align with the Credit Institutions Business Law. It mandates that credit facility purchasers and managers comply with the Credit Institutions Business Law and Central Bank instructions regarding data submission to and access from the ARTEMIS mechanism. The amendment grants credit facility managers access to ARTEMIS data for creditworthiness assessment and risk management, subject to Central Bank approval and specific contractual conditions, while deleting obsolete provisions and updating cross-references.
