Transfer of Corporate Social Responsibility Funds to Prime Minister's Natural Disaster Relief Fund

The Nepal Securities Board authorizes licensed central deposit companies, merchant bankers, credit rating agencies, and securities brokers and dealers to deposit funds from their Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) accounts into the Prime Minister's Natural Disaster Relief Fund. This measure responds to severe flooding in Rasuwa, Nuwakot, and Dadeldhura districts. Amounts transferred under this provision are recognized as fulfilling the entities' CSR obligations.
