Universal Free Account. Cost of transfers between accounts in pesos. Dissemination by financial entities. ______ We address you to inform you that this Institution has adopted the following resolution:

"- Establish that, as of 11/15/10, financial entities must display informational posters at the headquarters of all their branches, in areas with access to the premises, and where account opening and transfer procedures are carried out, regarding the basic characteristics of the 'universal free account' and the costs to be applied to transfers between deposit accounts in pesos, reproducing the models attached as an Annex to this communication, whose dimensions shall not be less than 29.8 cm in base by 42 cm in height."

For the purpose of having the aforementioned posters in the specified dimensions, entities must access the exclusive site for financial entities https://www3.bcra.gov.ar through the user name and passwords held by each entity. Once connected, the main menu will show the link "File Com. A 5137", from which the file Afiches.zip can be downloaded.
