Update of the Standardised Interest Rate Shock Scenarios

Banks and financial institutions operating in the Kingdom must apply six prescribed interest rate shock scenarios to IRRBB exposures in currencies with material positions, effective 1 January 2026. These include parallel shock up, parallel shock down, and short rates shock up, with post-shock floors set at zero. The scenarios capture parallel and nonparallel gap risks for EVE and NII.
