Updated Manual of Regulations for Banks and Non-Bank Financial Institutions as of 31 December 2025
The Manual of Regulations for Banks (MORB) and Manual of Regulations for Non-Bank Financial Institutions (MORNBFI) are updated as of 31 December 2025 to incorporate all circulars issued from 1 January 2024 through 31 December 2025. The Manuals are now organized into dedicated pages with a modular structure to improve user access and navigation. BSP-supervised financial institutions may download the Manuals as selected modules, a bundled ZIP file, or a consolidated file.
