Urgency Decree No. 067-2009
This decree modifies Article 10 of Law No. 28716 to mandate the progressive application of internal control norms and technical regulations issued by the Comptroller General of the Republic, contingent upon the completion of organizational and functional laws for government sectors and the full implementation of the Integrated Public Financial Administration System (SIAF SP version II) across all three levels of government. It requires the Comptroller General to issue technical control norms consistent with this new progressive framework and authorizes the Presidency of the Council of Ministers and the Ministry of Economy and Finance to issue necessary complementary regulations within their respective competencies.
