Decision on Reporting of the Development Bank of Montenegro to the Central Bank of Montenegro
The Council of the Central Bank of Montenegro issues this Decision to regulate the types, formats, and deadlines for reports that the Development Bank of Montenegro must submit. The regulation mandates monthly submissions of balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and detailed loan data within ten days, alongside quarterly reports covering liquidity, capital adequacy, and risk exposures due within twenty days. All reports must be filed using specified electronic templates, with initial submissions for new requirements based on balances as of January and March 2026.
