The Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Kosovo issued this regulation to standardize reporting obligations for all registered Microfinance Institutions operating in Kosovo. MFIs must submit monthly deposit and loan reports, nine quarterly forms detailing financial position, income, asset classifications, capital maintenance, and related-party exposures, plus annual audited statements within deadlines ranging from 15 days after period-end to four months post-year. Submissions may be filed in hard copy or electronically, remain subject to the CBK’s authority to adjust frequency or scope, and trigger remedial measures and civil penalties for non-compliance.
