The Acting Governor of the Central Bank of Lebanon issued Circular No. 13695 to amend Basic Decision No. 5803 by revising the daily transmission deadline for the (-3INT) statement to before 4:00 PM on the declared day. This amendment, approved by the Central Council’s February 5, 2025 meeting, supersedes paragraph (2) of Article Two of the original 1995 decision. The revised framework takes effect one week after issuance and is formally published in the Official Gazette to ensure compliance across all banks and financial institutions.
