General Superintendent Resolution No. 002-2026-SMV/11.1

The General Superintendent of Market Conduct issued Resolution No. 002-2026-SMV/11.1 to authorize the registration of the "Primer Programa de Bonos Corporativos de Activo Inmobiliario Peruano S.A.A." issuance program. The resolution permits a maximum outstanding amount of S/ 800,000,000.00 or its US Dollar equivalent. It also mandates the registration of the corresponding Master Prospectus in the Institutional Investors Market section of the Public Registry of the Securities Market.
