FMA Deadline Extensions Regulation 2020
The Austrian Financial Market Authority issued this regulation to extend regulatory reporting deadlines for banking, insurance, and pension institutions due to the COVID-19 crisis. The measure grants extensions ranging from one week to four months for submissions related to financial years ending in 2019 and reports due between March and June 2020. These deadline adjustments apply specifically to obliged entities where the extensions are deemed necessary under the circumstances.
