COSOB Regulation No. 03-05 of March 18, 2003, Relating to Participation in the Share Capital of the Central Securities Depository
The Commission for the Organization and Supervision of Stock Exchange Operations (COSOB) issued Regulation No. 03-05 to define the conditions for participation in the share capital of the Central Securities Depository. The regulation establishes a minimum capital contribution of two million dinars and outlines the procedures for capital increases upon the admission of new shareholders and the repurchase of shares upon the withdrawal of existing ones. This regulatory framework was approved by the Minister of Finance and published in the Official Journal of the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria.
