2026 Risk Assessment Questionnaire
Registrants must complete and submit the 2026 Risk Assessment Questionnaire through the OSC’s Electronic Filing Portal by June 17, 2026. The Ontario Securities Commission uses this information to oversee registrants and inform examination planning activities. Active registrants as of December 31, 2025 who did not receive the questionnaire are instructed to contact ComplianceSurvey@osc.gov.on.ca.
