On recognizing certain departmental regulatory legal acts adopted by the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan as having lost force

In accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan" and "On non-bank credit organizations and microfinance activity," the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan resolves:

1. To recognize certain departmental regulatory legal acts adopted by the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan as having lost force, according to the appendix.

2. This resolution enters into force upon the expiration of three months from the day of its official publication.
