Use of the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas Electronic Survey Portal for the Submission of the External Debt Survey
The Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas mandates that all new External Debt Survey submissions be made exclusively through its Electronic Survey Portal effective January 2, 2026.
