Directions for the Declaration of Medium- and Long-Term External Debts by Private Enterprises

Amended on June 29, 2021, and effective July 1, 2021, these Directions require private enterprises in the Republic of China to declare medium- and long-term external debts exceeding one year in maturity. Enterprises must submit a Top Form to receive a debt serial number upon obtaining foreign currency debt and file a Bottom Form by the 10th day of the month following each quarter to report outstanding balances. The declaration must categorize creditors and state the actual currency of the funds obtained.
