Instruction No. 2024-I-11 of October 21, 2024, on exchanges between the ACPR and insurance, reinsurance, and supplementary professional pension entities
The Autorité de Contrôle Prudentiel et de Résolution (ACPR) issued Instruction No. 2024-I-11 to mandate the electronic submission of authorization, notification, and declaration dossiers to its secure portal. This regulation modifies numerous existing instructions to standardize submission procedures and replace legacy web addresses with the new ACPR portal URL. The measures apply to a wide range of insurance, reinsurance, and pension entities, with the instruction entering into force on December 2, 2024.
