Corporate Controller Form for Non-bank Deposit Taker Licensing
The Reserve Bank of New Zealand requires entities controlling 25% or more of a Non-bank Deposit Taker applicant's governing body to complete this form as part of the licensing process under the Non-bank Deposit Takers Act 2013.
