PS25/19: Improving the complaints reporting process

The Prudential Regulation Authority and Financial Conduct Authority issued Policy Statement PS25/19 to improve the complaints reporting process. The document outlines final rules and guidance aimed at enhancing the quality and consistency of complaints data reported by firms. Stakeholders were invited to provide feedback during the consultation period which closed in July 2025 and February 2026.
