Regulations amending Finansinspektionen’s regulations governing operations on trading venues
Finansinspektionen issued regulations amending its rules on trading venues to repeal Chapter 13, section 3 and revise Chapter 13, section 2. The revised section 2 mandates that limited liability companies register trading in their own shares with a Swedish securities exchange where those shares are admitted to trading on a regulated market. These regulations entered into force on 3 July 2016.
