Guernsey Financial Services Commission Consultation Paper on Proposed Measures to Counter the Risk of Greenwashing
The Guernsey Financial Services Commission issued this consultation paper to propose measures mitigating greenwashing risks for Guernsey-regulated collective investment schemes and licensees under the Protection of Investors Law.
