Decision on the Withdrawal from Circulation of 1 Convertible Mark Banknotes
The Governing Board of the Central Bank of Bosnia and Herzegovina issued this decision to withdraw 1 Convertible Mark banknotes from circulation. Commercial banks are authorized to redeem these notes from January 1, 2009, through March 31, 2009, while the notes remain legal tender for payments until December 31, 2008. After January 1, 2009, the banknotes cease to be legal tender and cannot be used to settle any obligations.
